Helping Women Understand Hormone Changes After 40
Welcome to 40HormoneHelp.com — a resource created to help women better understand the hormone changes that often begin after the age of 40.
Many women experience symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, weight gain, sleep issues, and mood changes during this stage of life. These changes can feel confusing and frustrating, especially when it’s not clear what’s causing them.
This website is here to help make those changes easier to understand.
“My wife and I created 40 Hormone Help with one goal in mind: helping women 40+ better understand hormone imbalance, especially menopause and the changes that come with it.
We are both retired, and while I’m 63 and my wife is 62, this journey became personal for us through her experience. For nearly nine years, she dealt with the challenges of menopause and tried many different approaches — doctor recommendations, lifestyle changes, and other solutions — while searching for answers and relief. At times, the process was frustrating and overwhelming.
That experience inspired us to create a place where women can find trusted information, helpful resources, and guidance to better understand what they may be experiencing. We wanted to build something that could make the journey easier and help women feel informed, supported, and less alone.
Our hope is that through 40 Hormone Help, women can gain knowledge, discover helpful options, and navigate this stage of life with greater confidence.

Our Approach
Our Approach
We focus on breaking down complex menopause and midlife health topics into clear, practical information that is easier to understand.
When discussing menopause symptoms, nutrition, supplements, and other health-related topics, we aim to support important factual claims with reputable evidence, including peer-reviewed research and guidance from trusted sources such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH), The Menopause Society, and other established medical and government health organizations.
We recognize that health research continues to evolve. When evidence is limited, mixed, or still developing, our goal is to make that clear rather than present uncertain information as established fact.
Every woman’s experience is different, and 40HormoneHelp does not provide medical advice or replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. Our goal is to help women better understand the available information, explore their options, and have more informed conversations with their healthcare providers.
